Leading corporate worship at Antioch is one of those most rewarding things I have ever experienced. This reward comes in so many ways. The main reward comes from knowing that our people are encountering God - and are be transformed because of their worship lifestyle. To see this on a weekly basis is a great assurance in knowing that God is at work in the lives of people that are hungry after Him. When I first came to Antioch - God showed me a vision of what the body of believers would look like at Antioch - in their individual lives as worshippers as well as the incredible picture of them coming together on weekend worship services. Now - almost 9 years later - I see this vision unfold right before my eyes - the very picture God gave me! This took a lot of prayer, discipling, recruiting, and training to get to that point. The journey alone was rewarding. What a joy it is to see our people transformed to the image of Christ. What more could you ask for! |
